General Information & Rules

All vacation properties are individually owned, equipped and furnished to the property owner's preference. Guests should not rearrange furniture within the unit without restoring to the original position before departure. Likewise, do not place phones or furniture in porches, pool areas or lawns where items could receive abnormal wear and tear. We ask that you treat this property with the same great care you would your own.

All Properties Are Non-Smoking

Information regarding each individual property is posted on the door of the refrigerator. Please read it carefully.

Pets Are Not Allowed In Or On The Premises

Boarding services are available in the area.

Rental Seasons

Fall/Winter (Labor Day - February); Spring (March - May 15); Summer (May 15 - Labor Day)

Rental Rates

Rental Rates are based on seven-day minimum stay, location, size and amenities. The rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. Daily rates and other accommodations are possible as well.

Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date.
Departure time is 10:00 A.M. on your departure date.

Please adhere to the departure time, as housekeeping must be ready for another guest's arrival.
If you will arrive after 4:00 P.M., prior arrangements must be made with the rental office at (912) 638-1010. Our office hours are 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.

Reservations and Deposits

Reservations may be made by telephone at (912) 638-1010 and will be held for seven days. For confirmation, a deposit of 50% is required within seven days. Balance, plus tax, is due 14 days prior to arrival or at least on the day of arrival. We accept all major credit cards.

Credit Cards are used as security against damages, lockouts, lost keys or pool tags and excessive cleaning.
The departure-cleaning fee is included with reservations of seven days or more. Otherwise the fee will be charged to the guest.

Taxes

Georgia state sales tax of 7% applies to rentals of 90 days or less. An additional Hotel/Motel tax of 5% applies on the first 10 days of every room reservation. These taxes are subject to change without notice

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a 30-day cancellation notice in order to refund your advanced deposit, less a $50.00 administration fee. Should cancellation be necessary with less than 30 days notice, all advanced funds will be forfeited unless we rebook the property with no loss of income to the owner.

No refunds will be given for early departure, including inclement weather, as guests are responsible for the entire time booked, once we are in the 30-day period.

Because our properties are individually owned, we reserve the right to relocate you to a comparable unit or property in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as sale of the unit or maintenance problems.
